Description:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing of Martello products through MSP and VAR channels, recruiting new channel partners to expand our market reach, and winning new enterprise customers.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, channel marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • -Bonus points if you have background/experience in: application performance monitoring, digital experience monitoring, unified communications or Microsoft tools

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Channel Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products through channel partners.
  • Collaborate with channel, sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner Recruitment and Support:
  • Develop messaging, collateral, sales tools and programs to recruit, onboard and grow channel partners.
  • Develop an understanding of the business case and services partners will deliver while using Martello’s flagship experience monitoring solution, Vantage DX
  • Work with content marketing and demand gen teams to execute marketing campaigns tailored to and through channel partners, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Use data insights and partner experiments to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging:
  • Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and channel partners.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all marketing materials and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with product team to understand product features and benefits, translating them into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of channel marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly report on marketing activities and campaign results to senior management.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and partner programs.
