Description:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Two years experience in marketing product management is required.
  • Global Marketing experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of light to moderate objects.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Sales revenue in assigned portfolio.
  • Product Marketing Leader for the assigned portfolio to include pipeline planning, global product launch planning and execution, message development (positioning and differentiation), sales tool & collateral development, advertising strategy and creative execution, social media programs, DTP Marketing, promotional planning, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, trends, and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and industry best practices to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
  • Assist in defining product features and functionality.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer feedback.
  • Help prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to assess product performance.
  • Assist in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Annual planning processes and deliverables for successful campaigns globally and locally.
  • Portfolio management (NPI, pricing, sustain, genealogy assignment, retire, etc.)
  • Traditional 4P’s supporting Sales and products.
  • Understand and represent market needs, market drivers, competitive activity, and customers in order to develop appropriate strategy.
  • Develop events and promotional strategies in addition to market access strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
