Big Data LDN (London) is the UK’s leading data, analytics & AI event, a hub for data practitioners and strategic leaders to network, learn and find solutions to their data challenges. Launched in 2016, Big Data LDN has grown from a small two-person start up attracting 3000 attendees to more than 20,000 registrations in 2023. The event hosts 14 conference theatres and attracts over 200 global exhibitors including some of the leading names in data, AI and tech.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and market share for Big Data LDN. This role entails crafting comprehensive marketing plans based on the event and portfolio marketing strategies. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our show and play a vital part in achieving our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the marketing plan, aligning with the event strategy and portfolio marketing strategy.
- Establishing market size and share and identifying growth opportunities across key industries and segments.
- Proposing and implementing audience growth strategies and account=based marketing plans.
- Nurturing relationships with associations, analysts, influencers, media, and industry bodies.
- Collaborating across a matrix team of marketing specialists on the creation of campaign activation plans.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
- Have exceptional understanding of marketing principles and audience growth strategies
- Be proficient in establishing market size and identifying growth opportunities
- Be skilled in relationship management with external stakeholders
- Demonstrate solid experience in sales alignment and account-based marketing
- Have exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrate ability to represent the brand effectively in various forums
