About our Team
Aircraft Interiors Expo is the leading event for commercial airlines to source the latest products for cabin interiors and inflight entertainment. AIX brings together airlines, bizjet operators, lessors, designers, engineers and manufacturers to find, new, exciting and practical solutions to create the cabin concepts of the future. Following an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Marketing Manager role to lead the marketing of AIX. The role involves overseas travel as AIX is held annually in Hamburg, Germany.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and market penetration for our Aircraft Interiors Expo. You will craft comprehensive marketing plans based on the Event Value Proposition and broader portfolio marketing strategies. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our shows and play a vital part in achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a marketing plan for AIX, aligning with the event and portfolio strategy.
  • Establishing market size, penetration, and identifying growth opportunities across key industries and segments.
  • Proposing and implementing audience growth strategies.
  • Managing relationships with associations, analysts, influencers, media, and industry bodies.
  • Leading onsite at shows and representing our brand at external market/industry-specific events.
  • Developing detailed visitor and exhibitor marketing comms. plans and objectives.
  • Aligning with the Sales team on enablement and planning.
  • Contributing to persona development to shape content and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Have proven experience as a Product/Marketing Manager or equivalent role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Have experience in market analysis, campaign management, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in marketing automation tools and performance reporting.
  • Possess a track record of success in executing marketing strategies that have driven growth and market penetration
  • Have experience or an interest within the aviation industry
