Description:

RevolutionParts is not just a pioneering force in the automotive eCommerce realm; we’re actively seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our squad of Revolutionaries (yes, that’s what we call ourselves!). As leaders in providing streamlined, user-friendly solutions, we empower automotive brands to maximize online sales. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and a profound understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. If you’re ready to revolutionize the eCommerce space for automotive parts and accessories, consider joining our dynamic team of Revolutionaries.
The Role: Revolutionparts is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the Silicon Desert. The ideal candidate is an analytical marketer with a strong background in segmentation, market research, value-based messaging, customer communication, and new product launches. This is a key role in our overall go-to-market efforts and will require excellent cross-functional collaboration with partners horizontally and vertically within the organization - product managers, customer experience, engineers and technical leads, content marketers, demand generation managers, sales, and operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, marketing, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them to compelling product messaging.
  • Proficient at creating product and sales enablement campaigns and materials.
  • Preferred experience in eCommerce and SaaS Marketing.
  • Preferred experience in the automotive industry.
Are you not sure you meet 100% of the qualifications? You should still give it a shot! Research shows that men will apply to a job when only meeting 60% of the requirements, whereas women and members of other underrepresented groups typically only apply when they meet every single requirement. At Revolution Parts, we are Revolutionaries. We build tools, products, and our people. We value diversity in backgrounds and thoughts, so take a shot and apply! Please highlight some of your accomplishments in your resume and cover letter so we can talk about how you can grow with us.
RevolutionParts is proud to provide all full-time Revolutionaries with a comprehensive employment package including competitive compensation, career development, benefits, 401K match, parental leave, and many more valuable perks. You can learn more about our core-value driven culture at our career page.
RevolutionParts is an Equal Opportunity Employer; we value diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender orientation, gender identity or expression, sexual identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status, genetic information, veteran status, or disability status.
Please Note: You will only receive correspondence through the Lever ATS or from a @revolutionparts.com email address. If you are receiving communication through any other platform or domain, it may be fraudulent, and we urge you to ignore the communication

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tactical execution of go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates, with a focus on driving customer engagement, adoption, and revenue growth. Define key metrics for success and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data.
  • Create and manage adoption campaigns for product features to drive usage from customers post-launch.
  • Work closely with the Product team, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand product features and benefits. Translate these insights into compelling marketing messages that resonate with target audiences and align with overall business objectives.
  • Build and implement retention, adoption, and expansion strategies for our existing customer base.
  • Develop and own the transactional and lifecycle communication strategy for customers, ensuring personalized and timely messaging that enhances the customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Conduct thorough customer and market analyses, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to understand the competitive landscape. Use these insights to establish and continuously refine product differentiators.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that includes creating high-impact marketing collateral, such as product guides, email campaigns, case studies, web pages, and blog posts. Ensure all content effectively communicates our value proposition and aligns with our go-to-market strategy across multiple channels.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to iterate and continuously improve strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
