Description:

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

  • BA/BS degree. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting or marketing related discipline, with at least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity
  • Experience in cybersecurity
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Experience being resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Experience in B2B go-to-market
  • Knowledge about AWS/Azure/Google cloud solutions is highly desirable
    The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE:

Rubrik’s Marketing Team is growing and we’re looking for individuals to join us at one of the most pivotal moments in our journey.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead and grow our cloud business. This ‘full stack’ PMM role requires an experienced, self-motivated Product Marketing professional who can define strategy in collaboration with leadership and execute cross-functionally to drive strategic outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to align with executive vision, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and work closely with sales, product management, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and successful execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and Define Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive product marketing strategy for our cloud business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Product Positioning: Craft compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience, emphasizing Rubrik’s capabilities in cloud data security
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead GTM initiatives, including product launches, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns, ensuring the successful market penetration of Rubrik’s cloud solutions.
Content Creation: Produce a variety of marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and presentations to promote Rubrik’s cloud solutions.
Strategic Partnership Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales enablement, product management, customer marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, demand gen, and other marketing teams, to align on objectives, share insights, and drive cohesive strategies.
