Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager with a focus on Sales Enablement to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product marketing and sales teams, ensuring our sales force is equipped with the tools, content, and resources they need to effectively position and sell our solutions. You will play a critical role in developing compelling messaging, training materials, and sales tools to enable our team to deliver consistent value propositions and win in competitive scenarios.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience working closely with sales teams.
- Experience with data privacy and/or digital marketing personas is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand pain points and key needs, creating resources that help drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, product collateral, and competitive analysis.
- Manage and distribute content for use by sales teams, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Train sales teams on product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
- Content Development & Messaging:
- Create compelling content that aligns with the customer journey, from lead generation to post-sale, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Assist in developing customer personas, product messaging, and value propositions.
- Product Launches:
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Ensure internal teams, especially sales, are well-prepared for product launches through training, presentations, and enablement content.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to continually enhance messaging and sales materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide sales teams with actionable insights on competitors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on strategy and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact between product marketing and sales to help implement new tools, processes, and enablement initiatives.
