REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (± 16 years) business or marketing an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least 5 years of substantial financial skills, market analysis and advanced communication skills.
- At least 5 years of knowledge/ability to develop and execute a product launch.
- At least 5 years of strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience being able to understand technical and scientific information.
- At least 5 years of understanding and complying with Regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales.
- Must be able to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- 10% Travel is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Clinical/Scientific Degree preferred.
- 2 + Years in marketing (upstream and/or downstream) with preferably 1+ years in global marketing
- Experience working in health care/med device/ health care startup organizations.
- Previous experience in product commercialization, marketing campaign development, customer segmentation
- Sales experience
- Sexual Health experience.
