In this critical role, you’ll spearhead all marketing efforts for Spectralink’s DECT and WiFi product lines. You’ll become a product champion, deeply understanding your target audience’s challenges and crafting compelling content explaining how Spectralink’s solutions solve those problems. You’ll have a knack for translating complex features into impactful solution-based messaging that resonates with our audience and aligns seamlessly with the Spectralink brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product/solution marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Become a product expert: Conduct thorough market research, develop buyer personas, and create compelling content (battlecards, presentations, datasheets, emails, web copy, webinars, videos, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Send out timely communications to reseller partners regarding price list changes/product bulletins
  • Team with stakeholders on product positioning and messaging: Develop clear, concise, and differentiated messaging that highlights the value proposition of Spectralink’s solutions.
  • Craft persuasive sales enablement materials that translate technical features and topics into sales-friendly language and conduct regular sales updates and training sessions to empower the sales team.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with AI and content creation tools
  • Our preference is for this person to be local to our Boulder office however we will consider a remote position
