REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3 years’ experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey in software or financial services industries.
  • Exceptional communication and creative skills, with a knack for crafting effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Solid analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience in financial services or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to take initiative and build something impactful.

Responsibilities:

The product marketing manager’s key responsibilities are designed to ensure that the candidate not only drives the strategic vision for Swoop’s SaaS offerings but also plays an active role in the practical aspects of the growth of Swoop’s SaaS offering.

  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENTDevelop and oversee the overarching go to market strategy for Swoop’s SaaS channels, focusing on identifying target customers segments, articulating value for these customers, and distinguishing our USPs. Define the product’s value for specific user personas and tailor the communication strategies accordingly, ensuring relevance and alignment with the overall marketing plan.
  • SALES ENABLEMENTEnsure the Sales team is equipped with the tools, content and knowledge to market products to customers.
  • MARKET RESEARCHConduct thorough research on competitive B2B SaaS products to gather insights that inform strategic decisions and drive innovation within the Swoop platform.
  • COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENTVia the website, blogs, sale sheets, solution briefs
  • USER JOURNEY OPTIMISATIONMap user journeys to understand and enhance each touchpoint, identifying opportunities for improvements to the product and the CRM strategy.
  • COLLABORATION WITH CRM MANAGEMENTWork closely with the Head of CRM to set strategies and goals that enhance customer engagement and retention, ensuring that CRM capabilities fully support marketing objectives.
  • ANALYTICS AND FEEDBACKUtilise data to measure the effectiveness of strategies, adapting tactics based on performance and user feedback to continuously refine marketing efforts.
