What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product development roadmap and maintain a detailed roadmap calendar to assist our global marketing organization in the planning and execution of ‘product-version’ and ‘new-product’ launch GTM campaigns.
  • Support the Product Marketing team in establishing a strong value proposition for our platform with a clear, accurate and compelling message tailored to each of our customer verticals.
  • Collaborate with field enablement teams and all content creators at SOTI to ensure product messaging is fully leveraged in their efforts.
  • Become well-versed in the type of conversations our Sales teams currently have with customers in different verticals and use it to fine tune the use cases and personas used in our messaging.
  • Support discussions between Product Marketing and Product Managers to illuminate the ‘so what’ of new and updated products and features to different audiences like customers, sales, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with our Corporate Marketing organization to develop upsell value proposition content.
  • Work with the Global Channel Programs team to support product content for channel partner enablement to grow their SOTI revenues.
  • Building on your own research and research carried out by the Sales Engineering team, develop competitive analysis and content that communicates our key USPs, designed to inform and enable demand generation and sales opportunity conversions.
  • The role requires working in a hybrid office environment (in office / work from home)

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the high-tech sector, with exposure to Product Marketing related work. B2B experience preferred. Confidence and comfort with technology is a plus.
  • Experience with the creation of varied content (proposals, one-pagers, blog posts, media articles, graphics, video scripts, sales presentations).
  • Experience in both updating existing content and beginning projects from concept to execution required.
  • Proven writing and editing skills with an eye for detail. A portfolio of published writing is a bonus (eg blogs, media articles, research reports).
  • Outstanding communication and cross-group collaboration skills with comfort working across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Strong time and project management skills with keen attention to the detail that makes an impact and the ability to dial down what isn’t critical
  • Self-starter that independently drives outcomes and delivers project within set deadlines
  • Experience executing projects across a cross-functional marketing team (graphic design, video, communication, product marketing, field marketing, website and more).
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced global organization environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience
