Description:
DeLaval International AB is searching for a Product Master Data Specialist to join the PMD Support Team, reporting in Product Management and Development (PMD). The team is responsible for managing product related master data through our SAP ERP system with cross functional support and collaboration with PMD, Supply Chain, Market Areas, and Finance.
You will be part of a team of seven colleagues managing master data in the processes of product life cycle management. We also provide administrative support to PMD by supporting the decision- and preparation processes as well as analysis and reports. The team is currently present in Sweden, Poland, and USA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
- Ideally about 2-3 years of experience in master data work. We are currently in a transition program from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA, so if you have experience with the latter that is positive.
- Experience working with more advanced functions in MS Excel and MS SharePoint.
- A bachelor’s degree within business IT, engineering or logistics, or the equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in English as it is Delaval’s official language.
Responsibilities:
HIGH LEVEL SUPPORT – RESPONSIBILITIES:
PMD Support is the process owner for phase-in and -out of products. Our main responsibility is to govern quality and consistency of data as well as our ways of working. We are also supporting processes such as commercial pricing and product/trade compliance regulations. We are service-minded and dedicated, we support each other in our team as well as our internal customers and colleagues in DeLaval.
