We are looking for a top candidate to join our team full-time for the role of Product-Minded Software Engineer (Full-Stack).

Hi! I’m Renan Peixoto, Head of Engineering at Torre. We’re building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition, improving recruitment with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. Our goal: faster, more accurate, and less discriminatory recruiting at lower costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement product features.
• Develop scalable, fast-response, cross-browser, and cross-device applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain web apps and services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the existing product.
• Learn and grow continuously.
