PRODUCT & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – TRAVELEYES
Location: Borehamwood / Hybrid / Fully Remote
Contract: Permanent - Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
The role involves supporting the Traveleyes product manager with various administrative tasks and taking ownership of the Tour Manager and customer information packs. Key responsibilities include liaising with ground agents and local suppliers to ensure all operational aspects of Traveleyes holidays are confirmed. Additional duties include helping to source information and images for new products, monitoring feedback to identify ways to improve the product or service offered, providing visa information support, and collaborating with the Product Manager to discuss new ideas for the product range.
With guidance and training, you will improve and monitor existing holidays to ensure they are market-leading. You may also take leadership of all aspects of the product, from initial development to sales, profitability, and quality issues. Responsibilities extend to the promotion of products, which involves writing and proofing website pages, as well as producing articles for various promotions and newsletters. Additionally, the role could include negotiating and liaising with suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
There may be the need to travel or work out of hours (with notice and irregularly). As a growing product range this role has the opportunity to help develop the future of Traveleyes and potentially progress within.
