The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee product/content/brand ads product operations, take charge of ads revenue targets, perform data analysis in multiple dimensions, identify revenue growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external teams to implement revenue growth actions.
- Analyze characteristics and data of advertisers at different tiers, and work with business and local teams to formulate differentiated advertiser adoption rates and ARPU improvement plans based on business growth goals, optimizing the advertiser ecosystem.
- Analyze core data of key advertisers, and based on client needs and advertising product capabilities, be responsible for clients’ advertising budgets and performance, exploring strategies for client’s optimization and improvement.
- During major campaigns, plan and implement collaboration plans with organic traffic.
- Gather feedback and optimization suggestions from advertisers on Shopee’s ads product, and collaborate with product and dev teams to enhance ads product and service capabilities.
- Utilize ads data products to create marketing cases for Key Account brands, thereby promoting deep collaboration with brands and increasing budgets from all parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Preferably with 5+ years of experience in online advertising, and experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, comprehension, and expression skills, as well as good data analysis abilities.
- Skilled in communicating with sellers and clients and maintaining good relationships, strong organizational and coordination skills, and ability to handle stress.
