We are adding a Product Operations Manager into our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
- Establish Systems, Processes, Documentation, and Tooling that enable effective Product Operations in the application of our Spatial Proteomic Technology
- Manage a highly-effective team of Product Operators.
- Facilitate continuous, effective Product Development, by:
- curating a culture of mastery, observation, and feedback from Product Operators
- synthesis and communication of actionable improvements to product development engineers
- Proactively contributing to a positive, enthusiastic, collaborative engineering culture
