We are looking for a Product Operations specialist to join our Product teams at tombola.
Responsibilities:
- Product Process Optimization & Support: Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and frameworks that enhance the product development lifecycle.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensuring that teams have the right tools, data, and resources to be effective and efficient.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Support product teams with data insights, ensuring that metrics and KPIs are available and actionable to drive product improvements.
- Tool Management: Manage and optimize product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mural!) to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement, implementing solutions that improve speed and quality in product delivery.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for product processes, best practices, and guidelines to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
- Communications: Streamline processes to enable simpler distribution and creation of stakeholder communications
- Product Roadmap Support: Assist product managers in planning and tracking the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of product processes and initiatives, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Champion continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiency and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
