Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy & Execution:
  • Lead the day-to-day product operations for AI solutions and platform management, ensuring smooth delivery, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  • Platform Management:
  • Oversee the management and optimization of task crowd sourcing platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including AI service providers and platform vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing performance, and ensuring delivery according to SLAs and business needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor product performance, assess operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in both platform and AI solution delivery.
