MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, including access control, onboarding, agreement management, and financial management.

Coordinate with full-time employees on escalations, resourcing, vendor portfolio management, project allocation, and onboarding of new projects.

• Headcount for PSS’s entire organization, research headcount requests and responsible for carrying out the headcount strategy.

• Lead initiatives, such as Return of Investment analysis and execution, in partnership with vendors.

• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to processes and support decision-making. This includes automating and streamlining workflows, managing data hygiene, and developing reporting tools.
