Description:

PRODUCT ORDER ADMINISTRATOR / SALES SUPPORT

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Order Administrator/ Sales Support to join our clients team in Bray Co. Wicklow on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a busy role working with 30 leading brands, where you will manage purchase orders, book warehouse slots, and cross-check paperwork. This position is fully office-based.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Prior experience in data entry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DETAILS:

  • Location: Fully onsite, with parking available.
  • Salary: €27,000 - €30,000 (DOE).
  • Hours: Flexible start times.
  • Holiday: 21+ days annual leave.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Raise purchase orders with suppliers and manage order processes.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to book delivery slots.
  • Liaise with couriers and freight companies to ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Set up new products in the system, ensuring correct commercial dimensions are used.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide ad hoc support as needed.
