Description:
Product Owner (12 month maternity contract)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Ballymena HQ, Co Antrim.
Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract. 40 hrs per week, Mon - Fri.
Sitting within our talented and experienced Technology team, our Product Owner will work within our dedicated stream-aligned teams. Product Owners work closely with various stakeholders to ensure our product offerings meet the needs of our customers and prospects in line with our strategic roadmap.
You will actively participate in meetings with our customers in multiple regions, working closely with the customer success team to understand customer needs.
We pride ourselves on delivering world class solutions to our clients to ensure product releases are delivered to the very best quality.
You will be a key member of the team as we continue to embark on producing the next generation of our product set providing significant enhancements for our global customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners to understand product vision and requirements, ensuring the team’s work aligns with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through rigorous QA processes and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct team appraisals.
- Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements to drive innovation within the team and the broader organisation.
