Description:
We are a fun and dynamic cross-disciplinary team which sits in the wider Core Personal Technology team specifically focused on all things Mobility, Data Capture and Print. We work across multiple domains in both operational and deliverable models.

What role will you play?
As a Product Owner for data capture tooling on mobile devices, you will prioritise product backlogs, understand both regulatory and product requirements to ensure our tooling enforces compliance. You will coordinate with security architects and internal technology teams to make necessary design changes, analyse requirements, implement administrative configuration changes, conduct operational rollouts, testing end-to-end, and conduct user training. Furthermore, you will provide support during incidents, and manage vendor activities related to governance and delivery which include coordinating with other internal teams, analysing requirements, perform administrative configuration changes, and conduct end-to-end testing.
What you offer
- Experience with a highly visible service to elevate the right risks and communicate them to stakeholder groups
- Prior knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, preferably in Tune and Workspace One
- Ability to effectively manage multiple/cross business requirements at various stages of the onboarding lifecycle
- Complex problem-solving skills and a broad understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Experience with complex stakeholder management to develop and maintain relationships across multiple business units and groups as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Ability to support business and operating model change delivery outcomes.
