KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives to the development team.
• Create and manage the product backlog, detailing user stories, feature requirements, and technical tasks.
• Prioritise the backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
• Participate in sprint planning meetings and provide clear direction and acceptance criteria for development tasks.
• Work closely with the development team during sprints, answering questions, and providing feedback on progress.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, and customers, to gather feedback and refine requirements.
• Continuously monitor the product’s performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements for future iterations
