ClaadMe is an AI-powered fashion platform connecting users with stylists and fashion brands to create personalized shopping and styling experiences.
Position Overview:
As the Product Owner at ClaadMe, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to bring innovative features to life. Your role will involve translating high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ClaadMe’s overall business goals. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the product’s direction.

• Backlog Management:

Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.

• Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements. Translate these into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for the development team.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.

• User Experience Focus:

Ensure that the product delivers an excellent user experience by continually monitoring user feedback, conducting user testing, and making data-driven decisions to improve the product.

• Product Launch:

Oversee the launch of new features and products, including go-to-market strategies, user communication, and post-launch performance analysis.

• Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze key product metrics to assess the success of product initiatives. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize the product roadmap.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, upcoming releases, and any changes to the roadmap. Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g Notion etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
• Passion for fashion and technology is a plus.
