Are you ready to shape the future of software delivery at Julius Baer? Join us as we build our Internal Developer Platform. Your mission will be to streamline and optimize our continuous delivery pipeline, driving innovation in software development, testing, and deployment across the organization. We are seeking a visionary Product Owner with a passion for DevSecOps to lead this transformation.

Your Challenge

• Co-create and own the vision for a next-generation continuous delivery pipeline, fully integrated with our internal tools and processes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing developer needs with regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
• Be the trusted partner for your key clients, our software engineers, understand their needs, and drive improvements that streamline processes, remove roadblocks, and empower them to deliver high-quality software faster.
• Work closely together with stakeholders of other technical areas, such as architecture, testing, change management and security. Integrate compliance checks into the delivery pipeline to meet internal and regulatory requirements and ensure that security risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
• Ensure together with your team that new capabilities are timely implemented, communicated, trained and introduced within the developer community.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have hands-on experience as a developer and a deep passion for modern development platforms that drive productivity.
• Proficient in GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and code quality tools.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps is essential.
• Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements within software delivery, with a track record of reducing security risks through effective DevSecOps practices.
• You’re an excellent communicator, able to convey a mission and to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and adapt your approach to meet the needs of various audiences.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, bringing an open-minded and adaptive approach to problem-solving.
