Here’s how a Data & Analytics Product Owner works at Hjärtat
As the Data & Analytics Product Owner, you’ll, drive the D&A product area, ensuring the value of our data and analytics products is maximized. You’ll own and prioritize the backlog, oversee delivery follow-ups, and guide our development resources for optimal performance—all without direct staff responsibilities. Your mission includes fostering collaboration, championing data-driven strategies, and empowering your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing their needs.
- Collaborating with the D&A Domain Lead and AI & Transformation Lead for strategic alignment.
- Owning, coordinating, and prioritizing the development team’s backlog.
- Ensuring development principles are followed and have ownership throughout the full lifecycle for the analytics products.
- Coaching and guiding D&A team members.

- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience leading development teams and initiatives within data and analytics.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
- You need to have a valid work permit for Sweden or an EU citizenship.
