Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (m/f/d) to join our Application Lifecycle team in Erlangen who wants to take ownership of the strategic setup, alignment and evolution of the central WSA Development Toolchain maintained by ALM in order to leverage efficiency benefits throughout the whole R&D and drive digitalization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Univeryity degree in a information technology discipline or intense relevant working experience as a Product Owner
  • Experience in working on medical development processes including an understanding of the special requirements of a regulated develpment environment (e.g. Medical or Pharma)
  • Experience in a (scaled) agile/scrum software development environment
  • Profound knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment
  • Experience in the definition and alignment of tools to regulatory requirementsExperience in supporting and cooperating with multi-national and multi-discipline stakeholders inside the company’s R&D Department

Responsibilities:

  • Bring up, evaluate and plan strategic changes of tooling and processes to ensure the long-term fit to the company needs
  • Drive clarifications and decisions of Stakeholder requirements to ensure realization as intended together with R&D Stakeholder
  • Support the development team (developers, architects, testers) in their planning and realization activities
  • Represent R&D stakeholders for development team, analyze and prioritize the R&D stakeholder needs (technical/regulatory clarification, effort and benefit)
  • Synchronize work with higher level initiatives (Team Projects, Product Project Roadmaps)
