About the Role
As a Product Owner in the Digital team, you will be managing the planning and roll-out of our user experience for our digital channels, from touch screens and interfaces on our appliances, to purchasing and discovery journeys on our websites. Working as part of a team of high performing business Digital experts and co-ordinating with numerous internal teams across Product Development, Industrial Design, Software, IT and Ecosystems.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Represent the Digital team in cross-functional forums.
  • Provide detailed implementation delivery plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage the Digital roadmap for specific areas and ensure this is widely communicated.
  • Ensure that projects and features are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain alignment and sign-off.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Work closely with the Head of UX and UX Designers on project scope and requirements, alongside defining future strategic direction.
  • Manage scope change and prioritisation conversations with graceful, calm communication.
  • Communicate project, feature and strategy status regularly across the business.
  • Remove relevant roadblocks to ensure milestones are met through leading, consulting and advising.
  • Pro-actively and innovatively develop ways to improve current business processes.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner who has the knowledge, drive and imagination to propose, design and implement global improvements within a collaborative team environment. To excel this role, you’ll have:

  • Minimum of 5 years project, product or program management in a cross-functional environment
  • Understanding customer systems and processes
  • Proficient in utilising business analysis, Microsoft suite tools and Jira
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Able to utilises specialist knowledge to deliver high quality solutions
  • Provides reliable subject matter expertise into wider business activity
