PRODUCT OWNER, DIGITAL WORKPLACES

As the Digital Workplace Product Owner, you will be accountable for the ongoing management and development of the Digital Workplace environment, which includes Virtual Desktop Environments, Office365, Remote Access, Endpoint protection, and Desktop Applications such as Adobe.
You will enhance the quality of the services delivered in this area. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure the effective progression of the product roadmap and identify opportunities to improve the colleague experience and internal efficiencies across the technology teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Manage a product portfolio that covers the Digital Workplace product (in alignment with Primark Architecture team/roadmap)
- Define a product strategy, vision and roadmap for change based on internal customer requirements to meet Business Unit or organisational needs in conjunction with EUC Architecture
- Maintain a product backlog to prioritise and deliver features and capabilities that deliver quantifiable business value
- Work with project delivery resources to plan and deliver a roadmap and initiatives
- Management of risks/issues
- Active sharing of knowledge to aid technology learning, understanding and adoption of Digital Workplace tooling across Primark
- Manage and support the implementation of new versions and updates of in-scope products (Change, Risk Management etc.)
- Accountability for the requirements and associated deliverables of project teams working on in-scope products

- At least 5+ years of experience in the field of Digital Workplace operations and development
- Product/Platform Management experience with established ability to develop strategy and roadmap from the ground up
- Experienced in cloud-based technologies and solutions, primarily Microsoft Azure and Google GCP
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- You will be a great communicator across different stakeholder groups
- You’ll want to promote Colleague Experience and facilitate adoption across our engineering lab
