ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading technology-driven company, operating across various fields with unique specialisations. Our client’s high-tech systems division specialises in multidisciplinary development and engineering, tackling mechatronic challenges from concept to realisation.
They are seeking a Product Owner to lead and shape the direction of their growing software development team, which currently consists of 15 members. This team manages multiple simultaneous projects, including Service Level Agreement (SLA) activities, with a strong focus on agile methodology.
As the Product Owner, you will continuously refine the product backlog and translate it into actionable sprints that align with both short-term and long-term organizational goals. You’ll need excellent prioritisation skills to balance various ongoing activities, including SLA commitments, while managing diverse client expectations, both internally and externally.
In this position, you will closely collaborate with the software development team, architects, and senior designers to develop well-founded sprint plans. Given the critical role of software in supporting hardware development, your holistic understanding of the product vision will be key to the success of our projects.
