As a Product Owner within the Housing Journeys Tribe at Danske Bank, you’ll be instrumental in leading a squad committed to enhancing our mortgage finance solutions. This role focuses on supporting your team through an ever-changing environment, emphasizing the importance of agility and resilience. You will be responsible for maintaining focus on delivering value through innovative digital solutions and ensuring your squad is innovative, well-supported, and consistently aligned with strategic goals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced Product Owner or Project Manager with a substantial proven history of leading teams and managing projects within dynamic conditions.
• Comprehensive leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through changing environments.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, with advanced skills in tools like JIRA and Confluence, and adept at writing and interpreting epics and user stories.
• A solid understanding of financial business processes, preferably in the Danish Mortgage market, which is beneficial.

• Champion Change and Support Your Squad: Navigate through the complexities of an evolving business environment, supporting your squad in adapting and overcoming problems to meet business goals.
• Lead and Empower: Manage the daily operations, including engagement, process oversight, and development. Your leadership will develop a culture of trust and collaboration, essential for navigating change.
• Strategic Collaboration: Engage closely with other Product Owners, tribe management, and business stakeholders to align initiatives and prioritize efforts that best meet organizational goals.
• Vision and Backlog Management: Effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog, adapting quickly to changes and focusing on strategic outcomes that enhance customer and business value within the Housing area.
• Drive initiatives : You will be part of and drive initiatives delivering new features and often in close collaboration with other squads. You will also own some of our advisory systems and play an important role in securing operational stability, while at the same time building new features.
