As our new Product Owner for the Internal Ordering Squad you will enable frontline employees to order products easy, fast and seamless. Together with your squad you will be responsible for driving the organisational implementation of our advisor tools, while ensuring that our solutions service both end-users and customers’ needs, thus supporting Danske Bank’s ambitious digitalization agenda.
You will have a key leadership role responsible for managing the backlog, setting priorities, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional outcomes that exceed user and customer expectations.

• Stay updated on strategic priorities and safeguard the squad’s mission and vision
• Create, maintain and prioritize the backlog for deliveries, that enables frontline employees to order retail and corporate account, card, loan and investment products
• Protect and support your team by removing impediments and coordinating with stakeholders in other squads and support functions.
• Be accountable for compliance and risk management, ensuring proactive collaboration with specialist functions.
• Employ a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and product development, with a commercial mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the bank.
