Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Crew leads and engineers to translate product objectives and customer needs into actionable engineering deliverables and take responsibility for delivery outcomes.
- Be the champion for business stakeholders and other internal product teams to push for ever greater product value in support of our strategic ambition
- Work hand in hand with the engineering team to translate objectives into user stories that enable a high velocity of delivery, always applying a DevSecOps mindset
- Effectively balance new feature delivery with operational effectiveness to enable sustainable velocity without incurring too much technical debt
- Drive the research and evaluate data and opportunities to inform longer term product roadmaps.
