JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on product implementation and enhancements.
- Identify and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects.
- Assess business value and its strategic implications, and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review new product releases, demonstrate features to stakeholders, and secure their confirmation.
- Conduct market research, analyze players and prepare RFI/RFP documents.
- Develop ‘As-is’ business process maps, identify gaps, and create ‘To-be’ process maps for future improvements.
- Plan and prioritize the scope of work, release, and change management activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cutover activities to minimize disruptions and manage SLAs during stabilization and product support periods.
- Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during product implementation.
- Monitor product release progress to ensure timely delivery and confirm that user acceptance testing (UAT) meets user needs.
- Develop strategies to promote product updates, proactively identify and manage risks, and monitor key product performance metrics.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee team hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management, as well as conduct resource analysis and planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product management / product ownership
- Hands-on experience with implementing HR systems like Workday, SAP, etc., is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing projects involving complex enterprise systems integration.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Product/Project management certifications are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance.
