JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on product implementation and enhancements.
  • Identify and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Assess business value and its strategic implications, and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review new product releases, demonstrate features to stakeholders, and secure their confirmation.
  • Conduct market research, analyze players and prepare RFI/RFP documents.
  • Develop ‘As-is’ business process maps, identify gaps, and create ‘To-be’ process maps for future improvements.
  • Plan and prioritize the scope of work, release, and change management activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cutover activities to minimize disruptions and manage SLAs during stabilization and product support periods.
  • Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during product implementation.
  • Monitor product release progress to ensure timely delivery and confirm that user acceptance testing (UAT) meets user needs.
  • Develop strategies to promote product updates, proactively identify and manage risks, and monitor key product performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee team hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management, as well as conduct resource analysis and planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product management / product ownership
  • Hands-on experience with implementing HR systems like Workday, SAP, etc., is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing projects involving complex enterprise systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Product/Project management certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance.
