OVERVIEW:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a global financial services company going through an exciting transformation. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to own and deliver various Dynamics 365 finance solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 finance modules, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in product management or a similar role, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance Solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, including modules such as Finance, General Ledger Reporting, Cash Allocation, Payment Reconciliation
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience leading agile teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high-quality products

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with the company’s overall strategy and goals
Work closely with stakeholders, technology department, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable product features
Manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered in each release
Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, from initial concept through to implementation and post-launch support
Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform future product development and enhancements
Provide training and support to internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of Dynamics 365 solutions
