Product Owner

at  Ipsos

AS A PRODUCT OWNER, YOU WILL:

• Be the key link between business needs and technical execution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders in the broader Ipsos Group to understand the business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications that guide the development team.
• Coordinate with the ipsos.digital design, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Collaborate with other technical teams within the Ipsos group, for integrations with the ipsos.digital platform.
• Track product performance post-deployment, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvements for the products.
• Manage user stories and prioritize backlogs based on the roadmap.
• Manage the implementation of new features and enhancements for the existing products.
• Provide expert technical product support to support teams, when needed.
• Develop and maintain necessary documentation and presentations.
• Operate within an Agile framework, maintaining a user-centric and “business first” approach.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (project manager, product manager, product owner etc)
• Experience in online market research (highly preferred)
• Experience in Agile development (a plus)
• Collaborative mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive person, oriented towards achieving goals
