Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team, successfully owning the product from first ideas to the delivery
  • Ensuring that there is always an offer to the customer, external as well as internal
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager who creates the roadmap and sets the business priorities
  • Develop the plans based on prioritization, milestones and capacity planning
  • Take ownership of the features and deliveries of your scrum team operating in a scaled agile environment with multiple teams, and handle cross-team dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery together with your fellow POs
  • Track progress, assess risks and suggest mitigations using the agile framework and relevant tooling
