We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to empower teams building exceptional products that enhance user experience, drive customer satisfaction, and fuel the growth of ProGlove. You will act as the critical link between product management and development teams, transforming strategy into execution, ensuring seamless collaboration, technical excellence, and impactful delivery across all disciplines.
Job Description
Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily focus on the following areas:
- Collaborate with product managers to translate product briefs and initiatives into actionable requirements, use cases, and detailed functionality descriptions tailored to various personas.
- Work with the Product Manager to prepare for product launches, including final validation of hardware-software compatibility and addressing post-launch feedback.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to explore solutions, address blockers & open questions, and refine feature or product briefs defining the requirements catalogs.
- Assess technical feasibility, dependencies, and risks for hardware, design and software development efforts.
- Support agile development teams by clarifying requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and be part of cross-functional decision-making.
- Conduct customer and partner engagement sessions to gather feedback, identify pain points, and adjust priorities in the product backlog.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external testing initiatives for prototypes and final products, analyzing feedback including business traction for continuous improvement.
- Lead integration and co-development efforts with external partners to ensure API alignment and technical compatibility.
- Collaborate on planning sessions to refine project plans and align development activities with strategic goals.

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business).
- Ability to effectively and independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Solid understanding of hardware and/or software development in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless cross-functional team alignment and effective customer and partner-facing interactions.
- Strong and proven ability to create high-quality documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, use cases, process flows, and product backlogs.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the working language.
- Experience with B2B product is a plus.
