WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience of working as a Product Owner.
  • Experience of defining and delivering product launches, running A/B tests and making data-oriented decisions.
  • Understanding of eCommerce / digital marketing.
  • Vodafone is a large organisation so cross-functional stakeholder management will be a key requirement of the role.
  • Experience delivering high quality customer experiences.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working.

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage the teams backlog and ensure that it is aligned and prioritised in line with commercial and customer experience needs.
  • Work closely with other PO and identify any dependencies within the other squads.
  • Manage the stakeholder relationships and ways of working, driving continuous improvements.
  • Help drive a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Manage BAU product launches, ensuring business readiness.
  • Manage and solve risks, issues with the teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

You will lead our Content Production Hub team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth in sales through content creation in digital channels. This activity could be anything from device launches and pricing changes to marketing updates or customer experience improvements.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across consumer and scrum teams to define value, prioritise work and improve BAU operational processes and activity. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest value work is prioritised within the team and that they have all the requirements needed to deliver an outstanding execution.
