Description:
A career as a PO Lead Product in the Privacy Protection (PRP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Transformation Program. You will be required to act as a manager of cross-cutting projects relating to the management of access to personal information (GARP); or the evolution of the framework for the development, acquisition and use of AI as well as multidisciplinary risk assessment.
Your job:
- Develop and continuously evolve in collaboration with all analytical groups, all risk areas, experts in privacy, data, risk and technology and the CDO team, IT and Cybersecurity, the vision of the IA-GARP project and the roadmap
- Slice and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects of the PRP-AI Transformation Program and data governance initiatives, with the objective of simplifying and improving the employee and customer experience
- Prioritize based on global issues and organizational risks
- Ensure that the necessary processes and resources are aligned with the AI-GARP project vision and roadmap
- Manage expectations and buy-in from all stakeholders
- Identify, document, socialize, mitigate, escalate risks and issues as necessary
- Ensuring that the scope of work is respected
BASIC REQUIREMENTS :
- Delivery experience as a Product Owner (P.O) of at least 5 years, ideally in a financial department (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.)
- Influential leadership and excellent team spirit
- Demonstrate a strong sense of organization and priority management
- Ability to deliver in agile mode
- Great ease in evolving in a complex and constantly changing technological world
- Great ease of evolving in the world of data
- Experience in identity and access management is desired.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make relevant recommendations
- Excellent ability to make informed decisions independently.
- Great ability to navigate ambiguity and political and complex climates.
