Description:
As a Product Owner at Innerspace you will be part of the product team to deliver top-of-mind Training & Assessment solutions for the pharmaceutical market. Ensuring our world-wide customers experience a reliable, scalable and data-driven Training & Assessment solutions.
One of your key responsibilities as a Product Owner at Innerspace is gathering and analyzing customer and market needs and translating them into a solution with a cross-disciplinary team that enables effortless training experience and validation (Industry compliance). You are passionate to do research and data analysis to keep improving our product and exceeding our customers’ expectations. You will be part of a growing team of driven and innovative people that want to revolutionize the way risk is managed in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Tasks
Take ownership…
With a customer-centric approach you define and deliver our Training and Assessment solution that enables an effortless validation (industry compliance) and training experience. You work together with the Product Team, Go to Market Team to understand what our customers and internal users really need, owning the customer experience end-to-end.
- Translating company and product vision in combination with customer and market needs to product domain goals, features and a structured roadmap
- You will own and prioritize the Product Backlog and balance technical and business requirements
- You will foster an environment in which the cross-disciplinary SCRUM team can excel and deliver features within set timelines and push the product to the next level
- Work together with training designers, UX experts, architects and developers to create a robust, scalable, industry compliant and user-friendly solution
- Continuously research and initiate improvements for the solution to contribute to the strategic goals at Innerspace
- You embrace change, and are not afraid to ask critical questions and make difficult decisions to accomplish the product goals and Innerspace vision
- You are ensuring that the solution is documented in a industry compliant way to enable effortless validation on customer side
Requirements
This challenge is perfect for you if…
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager for a software product
- With your proactive approach and hands-on mentality, you are in constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders, always ask the right questions and are not afraid to say “no”
- You have researched and launched products and features from scratch
- You are customer-centric and preferably have experience with B2B products
- You are data-driven and a systematic thinker
- You embrace change and challenges and are comfortable working in fast-paced business environment
- You have an MVP and lean startup mindset and practical knowledge of agile principles
- Excellent communication skills in English

- A minimum gross salary of 60.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible)
