• Proficient in stakeholder management, effectively balancing varying interests and needs.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying design thinking principles to product development.
• Skilled in using prioritization tools and techniques, managing dependencies, and deriving actionable insights from data.
• Deep understanding of relevant technologies in product management.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes.
• Extensive experience in the retail E-commerce industry.
• Strong focus on user experience, from end-to-end user journey mapping to addressing user needs.
• Background in idea discovery, user research, and design thinking.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and other key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions, with a track record of measuring impact and working with OKRs.
• Fluency in English is required.
