WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong drive and a strong commercial mindset, who:
- Has strong knowledge of and a keen interest in store applications.
- Able to understand complex workflows and write detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Possesses strong stakeholder management skills; able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in Retail, other service functions, and IT, making decisions based on facts.
- Works in a structured manner, with a focus on detail, and is a strong team player.
- Can maintain and prioritise development ideas, ensuring they are visible, transparent, and clear to the team for upcoming work.
- Ensures that the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the necessary level of detail.
- Is fluent in English
The position will be placed in JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Own the team backlog and the Product that is being built.
- Act on behalf of the agile team, working closely with relevant stakeholders to understand and clarify customer needs.
- Ensure IT support aligns with retail business processes and requirements.
- Serve as a servant leader to the Core POS team, making clear, regular decisions and continuously prioritising tasks.
- Engage in Feature Discovery Sync and other initiatives to mature and prepare features for PI Planning.
- Independently manage retail-related IT projects from concept through to implementation, including stakeholder management, leading meetings, and ensuring timely delivery by all parties.
- Take responsibility for implementing new functionalities across the business and approving acceptance criteria
