PRODUCT OWNER - LONDON/REMOTE - £70,000 - £80,000 DOE

Robert Half are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our client and take the lead on end-to-end solution delivery within the L2C (Loan to Cash) process. You will work closely with multiple business areas including marketing, sales, Pre-Sales, PMO, delivery, order fulfilment and finance to establish a clear roadmap towards efficient and valuable digital solutions.
We are looking for candidates that have deep knowledge of the Loan to Cash process and Salesforce or Certinia platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager with L2C experience
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and/or Certinia platforms including its integration capabilities
• Excellent skills in backlog management, prioritisation and collaboration with development teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Representing internal customer needs to suppliers and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Defining and managing the L2C product roadmap
• Identifying opportunities to drive business value utilizing various system features
• Managing L2C development backlog and collaborating with internal teams for integration
• Influencing key system product development to align with our requirements
• Providing clear business cases for L2C-related developments while demonstrating market opportunity and ROI
