Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the wider Product team to understand our customers’ requirements
  • Working with the Product Managers to accept a feature into the development backlog, defining the detailed requirements for the engineering teams through build and test, involving the Solution Architects as required
  • Breaking down the features to write agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria, targeted to iteratively improve capabilities over time while validating their impact towards your defined goals
  • Tenaciously work to answer queries and clarifications from the development team working with stakeholders as required
  • Demonstrating that feature back to the product management team and the delivery train, and representing the team in the quarterly planning sessions
  • Defining KPIs, tracking results, and driving improvements
  • Transferring that product expertise across the organisation through product trainin
