Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the wider Product team to understand our customers’ requirements
- Working with the Product Managers to accept a feature into the development backlog, defining the detailed requirements for the engineering teams through build and test, involving the Solution Architects as required
- Breaking down the features to write agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria, targeted to iteratively improve capabilities over time while validating their impact towards your defined goals
- Tenaciously work to answer queries and clarifications from the development team working with stakeholders as required
- Demonstrating that feature back to the product management team and the delivery train, and representing the team in the quarterly planning sessions
- Defining KPIs, tracking results, and driving improvements
- Transferring that product expertise across the organisation through product trainin
