What you will be part of
You will be part of the Product Management departments located in Jönköping Solåsen, Sweden. Today the Product management department has 14 employees (Product owners and Product managers) and has the overall responsibility of T&S global product portfolio.
We are now looking for a new Product owner of the Live product family.

Your role

As a Product Owner, you will together with your team:

• develop our capabilities to meet current and future customer needs
• monitoring and analyzing the profitability of the product family
• develop the Product family road map
• supporting out market in the Winning business process

You will be working close together with experienced colleagues throughout the company primarily Marketing and Sales, Strategy and Operations Live. Today the Live Product team consists of 8 persons including the Product Owner, Product Leaders and Technical writer.
Your profile
You like working close to our market and translating our customer needs and requirements to product offerings and communicate them both externally as well as internally. You have a general interest in technology and market trends and want to implement these trends in our product offering.
You are business minded and have a genuine interest for generating business on your products in the Training & Simulation portfolio. You have a strong drive and confidence in yourself enabling you to lead other people towards common objectives.

Preferred qualifications

• Thorough experience in managing products with long life cycle
• In-depth knowledge of Live training
• A deep understanding of T&S Live Training portfolio
• Strong business skills
• Communicative with good people skills
• Strong analytic capability
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• You are able to travel, domestic and abroad
