YOUR ROLE
The product owner collaborates and engages with business owners and leads the delivery of product development efforts by using a disciplined approach to gathering, understanding, and writing requirements via user stories. Maintain a prioritized team backlog and work with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through a high-quality product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure product plans are aligned with business objectives/plans
- Work jointly with business owners and grasp their needs to enhance the product with features.
- Write user stories, agree and define acceptance criteria in a clear way understandable by the development and QA teams.
- Participate on the S/4 Hana project to upgrade from SAP ECC.
- Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Uses clear goals to communicate the project vision at the beginning of every release and sprint so that the team understands and is equipped to realize it.
- Lead the end-to-end process of delivery, including the deployment and release into production.
- Work with cross-functional teams on both the IT (BA’s, Functional Analyst, Developer, BI) and business to ensure seamless delivery of AGI features.
- Apply the agile method (daily stand-up, sprint planning, grooming, retro, demo, scrum of scrum), promote disciplined and transparent process.
- Be responsible to write the UAT criteria as well as manage the UAT process with the team
- Provide timely updates on product evolution to the management team.
