We are seeking a Product Owner/Scrum Master who will focus primarily on being the point person on client projects, documenting business requirements and acting as the liaison between technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and document requirements for eCommerce implementations, assisting in the delivery of the solution to meet client’s business needs
- Function as a liaison between the development team and the functional/business team breaking down technical requirements into digestible information for non-technical resources, and vice versa
- Lead internal and external stakeholders via workshops, through the design and functional discussions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the customer’s business processes and requirements
- Create documentation, charts, and diagrams necessary to communicate detailed requirements to the development teams
- Support the client through creating training, standard operating procedure guides and more
- Collaborate with the core project team on new/existing eCommerce implementations to ensure timely and effective delivery of requirements documentation
- Serve as a SME throughout the organization on eCommerce platform questions or aid in troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging eCommerce technologies and the potential application on client engagements
- Provide thought leadership in eCommerce and serve as a subject matter expert on the functional capabilities of the SFCC and/or Shopify platform
- Provide recommendations on solutions based on existing gaps between system capabilities and client business needs and goals
