We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Owner to help lead the development of a new secure ephemeral workspaces platform within our Tech4Ops area. This platform will play a critical role in empowering security testers and other IT specialists, allowing them to securely and effectively execute their tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of security practices and IT infrastructure, particularly in remote work environments. Experience with remote desktop solutions, pen/security testing, vulnerability management, and/or networking are considered a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and driven to build collaboration across the organization and resolve complex dependencies.
• Ability to translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable steps for the development team.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner and PSPOI and preferably PSPOII certification with a proven track record of success in managing complex software products.

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of a new Secure Workspace Platform, which enables security testers and other specialists to temporarily spin up remote workspaces (e.g., Linux or Windows remote desktops) with elevated privileges. This platform is essential for ensuring that they can conduct their work in a secure, streamlined environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Defining and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
• Translating business needs and user feedback into clear requirements and actionable tasks for the team.
• Leading the team’s efforts to develop, launch, and maintain a secure and user-friendly platform for remote workspaces.
• Ensuring that the platform meets all security standards and compliance requirements.
• Working closely with other Tech4Ops teams and stakeholders to align the platform’s development with the broader organizational goals.
• Communicating product vision, progress, and priorities to key stakeholders.

• Monitoring and analyzing platform usage and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.Acting as an ambassador for Tech4Ops and facilitating Tech4Ops-wide ceremonies together with your colleague Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
