As Product Owner, you will work closely with our product management and development teams to help define and deliver new features and improvements to our subscription printing services. You will support the gathering of requirements, prioritization of features, and the successful execution of our product roadmap.
You’ll be based from home and our brand new office in Watford, Clarendon Works, 6 days per month (more if you like!).

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, finance, and back office to gather, understand and describe product requirements, processes and feedback
  • In cooperation with the with the Digital Transformation Solution Manager and the Project Management office, assist in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives
  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation
  • Work closely with the development and test teams to clarify requirements, address questions, and provide feedback throughout the development process and the testing phase
  • Support market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Monitor product and service performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements
  • Regularly liaise with customer service to understand areas for improvement and incorporate feedback into the product development process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to help inform product decisions and strategy
